About the opportunity
Working 11- 9pm, the PM Fleet Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing Fleet-related tasks within the StarTrack Minchinbury operation, ensuring alignment with budgetary and performance targets. Manage outbound services to customers and Inbound Shuttles to enhance onsite processing efforts, identifying areas for improvement, and collaboratively devising action plans with fellow PM Operations Supervisors and Duty managers.

You’ll be
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships with a focus on customer management and service requirements.
- Actively develop and foster a capable support and team network for on-time processing and commitment to team objectives.
- Lead change and innovation, implementing new cultural practices, systems, and processes to delight customers.
- Develop reports with statistical data and conduct trend analysis for proactive improvement activities, presenting analytical findings to peers, the Facility Manager, and customers as required.
- Analyse daily offsite activities to identify issues and develop service improvement plans.
- Provide information to key stakeholders for decision-making purposes.
- Assist with budget and target management, implementing financial control measures.
- Develop local plans supporting efficiency improvement through service quality and customer stability.
- Participate in site audits, interact with relevant staff, and respond to requests for information and statistical reports.

You’ll also need to
- The ability to assimilate and produce information when reporting, and effectively present key findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside strong influencing and negotiating skills.
- A great understanding of achieving results from a service and cost perspective.
- Knowledge of CoR and OH&S regulations.
- Experience within logistics/transport, with sound operational decision making.
- The ability to work within a busy and self-directed team.
- Flexibility around shift start/end times & ability to work alternative shift patterns if required
